It was just working, all of a sudden, I'm getting this error when opening. What could be causing this? I was thinking about uninstalling and reinstalling, but I don't want to lose my saved actions

This is from the installation section of the manual. it explains that there is a file called Config that has all your current configurations. Find this file as shown below and save it somewhere. Then reinstall Pfrank and copy the Config file back. That should preserve your confioguration.
==========================
A configuration file called "Config" which stores the user configuration will by default also be created under a second PFrank folder. This folder is located under the "Application Data" folder (or the equivalent folder for Vista). The location of the "Application Data" folder is dependent on the operating system.
You have the option to configure PFrank to be runnable as a program on portable devices like thumbdrives. PFrank will then store the Config, log, and other utility files in the install folder rather than the 'Application Data' folders.
For Windows Vista systems, the path to the "Application Data" PFrank folder is usually: C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming.
For Windows XP/2000 systems, the path for the "Application Data" PFrank folder is usually: C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Application Data.
For Windows NT systems, the path for the "Application Data" PFrank folder is usually: C:\Winnt\Profiles\\<username>\Application Data.
For Windows ME/98 systems (profiles disabled), the path for the "Application Data" PFrank folder is usually: C:\Windows\Application Data.
For Windows ME/98 systems (profiles enabled), the path for the "Application Data" PFrank folder is usually: C:\Windows\Profiles\<username>\Application Data.
For Windows 95 systems, the path for the "Application Data" PFrank folder is usually: C:\Windows\Application Data.
=============================
Hope that helps.
