I would like to delete everything to the left of, and including, a certain pattern of characters. for example, in the file:
_Bee_Gees_-_Tales_From_Brothers_Gibb_CD_4_-_13_-_Spicks_&_Specks_[live][#].mp3___2.5_MBytes_yEnc-Bee Gees - Tales From Brothers Gibb CD 4 - 13 - Spicks & Specks [live][#].mp3
I would like to start by deleting everything up to and including the 'yEnc-' after that I'm good with the rest. The problem is that I have a lot of files similarly named, but the length of the string is different, obviously, so if I could find the 'yEnc-' and delete it and all to the left no matter how long I could really clean up the files quickly. Any ideas? |
