You've been so helpful thus far, I have one more for you 
In my song titles I have a lot of dates, typically in the "2008-01-23" format.
With all the renaming I've been doing I've added spaces on either side of all my - dashes. However, I would like to remove those spaces between dashes and numbers.
So a title like this...
Worldwide - Gilles Peterson - 2004 - 08 - 15 - Montreux Jazz Festival Special.mp3
Should ideally read like this...
Worldwide - Gilles Peterson - 2004-08-15 - Montreux Jazz Festival Special.mp3
What would be the proper course of action in this case? |

Try this (Don't inlcude the single quotes or just use the ctrl-f2 trick):
Row: 1
Search: '([0-9])[ ]+[-][ ]+([0-9])'
Replace: '\1-\2'
That will convert ' - ' to '-' if the '- ' is found between numbers.
